The trial offer is designed to display the quality and appeal of QM Collection Watch line. This gives you the opportunity to try our program for only $5.99 USD shipping and handling so you can come to a decision for yourself if this is the right product for you. Please keep in mind there's only one order per household.
When you place your order today with www.qmcollection.com, you will receive one of our QM Collection Watch products absolutely free (just pay shipping) for 14 days. Please note, the 14 day trial period includes shipping and transit time. We encourage you to use ample time to decide if the watch meets your expectations. If you call or email within your 14 day trial period, you can cancel any future shipments or charges. If you do not cancel within the allotted 14 day grace period, we will assume you have decided to keep your purchase and therefore you will be billed $95.00 for it. You will continue to receive one of our exclusive items every 30 days for the low price of $49.99 after your initial 14 day trial period until we receive a cancellation notification.
Upon cancellation of your trial product a cancellation notification will be emailed immediately after the cancellation is created and will include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. If you do not receive this email or RMA number, please contact our support staff. There's no obligation, you can cancel your trial membership by using one of the following methods:

Delivery and Transit Time:
The 14 day trial period includes shipping and transit time. Customers usually receive their product within 3-5 business days of ordering. If you want to extend your trial period due to slow postal delivery or delayed pickup, you must contact Billing Support.
YOU UNDERSTAND THAT THIS CONSUMER TRANSACTION WILL HOLD YOU LIABLE FOR PAYMENT OF PRODUCT THAT WAS SHIPPED TO YOU, IF YOU FAIL TO NOTIFY US WITHIN THE 14 DAY GRACE PERIOD.
A FULL refund is processed for any shipment that adheres to our refund policy. If you are unsatisfied with our product, simply email or call us within the 14 day trial period and we will cancel your order.
To return a product you will need to obtain a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) number by contacting Billing Support at firstname.lastname@example.org.
You will receive a response within 24 hours.
1) Refunds will be issued to the same credit card that was charged when ordering the product.
2) Please send returns to the address provided along with your RMA number. The RMA number must be clearly written on the package that you are sending back. Our shipping deparment is NOT able to accept any packages without an RMA number.
3) Depending on the bank that issues the credit card you used, your refund can take 3-5 business days to appear on your credit card statement. If you have any questions about whether a refund has been issued please contact our support department

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend all returned items to be sent using some type of delivery confirmation system to ensure proper delivery.
Shipping and Insurance
The standard ground mail service is shipped via the United States Postal Service First Class Mail. We will make your shipment our priority and ship these packages out the same day for all orders placed before 1PM Pacific Standard Time and the next day for all orders placed after 2PM Pacific Standard Time (packages will arrive within 3-5 business days). Please be advised that shipments are not sent out on Saturdays, Sundays, or any Holidays. We do not guarantee arrival dates or times.
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time as deemed necessary. Any and all changes will take effect immediately upon posting. By continuing to use this website after changes are made to the terms and conditions, you are indicating your consent to the new terms and conditions.
